The results of a study of the possibilities of using software obfuscation tools in the financial sector are presented. The modern most common means of obfuscation, methods, and criteria for assessing their quality are considered. A developed methodology for comparing and selecting obfuscators to ensure the information security of remote financial services is proposed. (Abstract)
