Proposal on Personal Authentication Method Cooperated with Surrounding Friends

초록
Personal authentication is one of the most important technology to enhance the security of IT system. Although the existing methods such as knowledge authentication like password authentication and biometric authentication utilize the information or characteristics of individual users, we consider new authentication method that focuses on personal sociality. The proposed method is based on the fact that the person to be authenticated must be the right person himself or herself if there are many cooperators such as friends or family around the person. The authentication is achieved by collecting evidences of which there are cooperators near the person from the surrounding smartphones.
