Generative AI acts as an effective guide in decision-making process. This paper is designed to outline the main challenges in applying this technique within businesses and for specific activities. Semantic representation as ontology can be one solution for these challenges. Our first work to link ontology to LLM algorithms is illustrated in financial institutions
