The authority of controlling one's information that is shared, stored by others, or for any other purposes, or the government purposes privacy will vary from the levels of risk. Digital forensics is used to evaluate, document, find, and process information and data obtained through electronically stored data materials in different forms. The enforcement of several investigations and to maintain the privacy of information, analyze the information without altering or tampering with the data and enhance the authentication. By utilizing communication channels, authentication methods, and encryption protocols the suggested framework aims to create a defense against data tampering, unauthorized access, and other malicious activities, during data transfer. The study starts by looking into the present issues and weaknesses with conventional data transfer techniques, highlighting the necessity of a thorough and forensically sound strategy to safeguard people's privacy during data migration.
