초록

The concept of “scaffield” approach in tissue engineering utilizing the physical fields instead of biomaterial scaffold has been proposed recently. Use of intense magnetic and acoustic fields can enable levitational bioassembly of complex-shaped 3D tissue constructs from tissue spheroids. However, there is no general approach for creating construct of desired geometrical properties yet. Numerical modeling can be an adequate answer, as it provides the opportunity of conducting numerous experiments. Certain optimization methods to develop better local solutions can also be useful. This study describes an approach to computation of acoustic waves in fluid medium. The calculation methods of Gor’kov potential are described. The gradient descent is used to obtain the most energy optimal geometry.
