This study presents a software solution that tackles traditional databases' vulnerability to cyberattacks by exploiting the security aspects of blockchain technology. The solution includes a migration tool to help web2 developers convert from traditional databases to blockchain databases, as well as a REST-based API endpoint to make the process easier. As blockchain databases become more extensively used, the proposed solution might have a substantial impact on the economy and technology, potentially lowering the risks and costs associated with cyberattacks while increasing need for competent workers in this field. The report describes the solution's design and implementation, as well as its potential benefits and limits. Because of their centralised structure, traditional databases, including relational and NoSQL databases, are vulnerable to cyberattacks. As a result, a more secure option to managing sensitive data is required. This system would rely on the security properties of blockchain, which isolate and authenticate each transaction within a block. The proposed approach could have a huge economic and technological impact. As blockchain databases gain popularity, the demand for qualified people in this field is expected to rise. Furthermore, this technology has the potential to help businesses better protect critical data, thus lowering the risks and expenses connected to cyberattacks.The proposed solution is a migration tool that facilitates the transition from traditional databases to blockchain databases. This tool will allow businesses to easily make the switch, while also providing them with the added security benefits of blockchain technology. The REST-based API endpoint will make it easy for web2 developers to implement the migration process and reduce the development cost drastically.
