Influence of defect parameters at the ETL/absorber and absorber/HTL interfaces in n-i-p perovskite solar cells

초록

Hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells have attracted a big attention in the last decade. In this work, we are going to use a typical perovskite solar cell with a planar architecture n-i-p. Two different electron transport materials (ETMs), TiO2and ZnO are comparatively studied for the same hole transport material (HTM), Spiro-OMeTAD and with Methyl Ammonium lead Iodide CH3NH3PbI3 as perovskite layer. The most important parameters of the solar cell, the open circuit voltage (Voc), the short circuit current (Jsc) and the power conversion efficiency (PCE) are performed considering the variation of working temperature, the defect densities in both interfaces ETM/Perovskite and Perovskite/HTM.
