Aiming at the problem of repeated infringement of labor rights and interests in the process of college students' practice, through demand analysis, web-based system model, B/S architecture, the database model structure and data table are designed in detail, and the practice information management module is designed in detail by combining static and dynamic modeling. The system has a better reflection of the internship situation of students, can have a binding effect on the internship units and universities, can effectively reduce the labor rights and interests of college interns in the process of internship infringement problem, for interns to provide new protection of labor rights and interests.
