Whether the data can be analyzed and processed quickly and accurately and the risk level can be determined quickly and accurately has become the key to whether the cold chain food safety supervision department has good preventive ability, whether it can effectively prevent and respond to cold chain food safety problems in time, and intervene and control risks. This paper proposes a cold chain food safety detection technology combined with data mining technology, and proposes a food safety supervision model based on big data. Moreover, this paper combines Internet technology to enable the cold chain food safety information to be integrated in the data center, and then explores the potential laws through deeper data mining, which strengthens the needle-scratching of cold chain food temporary management and improves the early warning ability of cold chain food safety accidents.
