the growth of systems that store the increasing amount of data in the cloud, the problem of building cloud databases with high availability in a distributed environment becomes crucial. This paper aims at discussing the design and development of strong cloud database in distributed system that withstand high availability, fault tolerance and data consistency at data centers. The evident issues of networks are taken into consideration: network partition, node failure, and synchronous data copying in geographically dispersed nodes. Main safety measures discussed in the context of the work are data replication, real time failover and efficient FT design. We examine the smart contract recovery strategies of both traditional approaches like Paxos and Raft before moving on to other chapters. Also, this paper seeks to make a comparison between the CAP theorem and the BASE model to explore how these concepts inform the construction of cloud databases that favour availability and partition tolerance to consistency. So the proposed system is based on the latest cloud solutions, containers, microservices and machine learning for early failure detection and system's remedial action. Latency, throughput and resource consumption are evaluated to prove the effectiveness of the system in terms of handling real-world scenarios under failed environment. In their nature, resilient cloud databases, which are tightly related to distributed architectures, can improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency, as a set of case studies and benchmarking reports are to show in the paper. The research also presents important findings that are relevant for the design of cloud databases that can guarantee the continuity of service and data integrity for organizations with critical operational needs, in such industries as e-commerce, finance, and healthcare.
