With the continuous improvement of the informatization level of the power system, the security of the power data transmission network is crucial. This article explores the application of data mining techniques in detecting security risks of abnormal intrusion in power data transmission networks. Firstly, the security challenges faced by the power data transmission network were introduced, and then the principles of data mining technology and its advantages in this field were elaborated. The specific application effects of data mining technology were demonstrated through practical case analysis, and the differences between data mining and traditional models in security risk perception were compared. Finally, the future development prospects were discussed.
