In order to achieve the optimal structural strength, stiffness and weight, a vehicle body structure design method is proposed. Then this paper proposes an optimization method based on a hybrid model of adaptive genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm to improve the solution efficiency and convergence speed of the algorithm under multi-objective constraints. Using database technology, effective data management and call for vehicle body structure design ensures the storage accuracy and stability of a large number of calculations and data. The database is mainly used to save the initial parameters and simulation data of the vehicle body structure, thereby realizing the rapid iteration of various design methods. In terms of algorithms, the vehicle body is simulated using finite element software (FEA) to obtain various mechanical properties such as stress and strain. The accuracy of the system output results in various indicators is verified by model simulation to meet engineering requirements. At the same time, the results are visualized and analyzed with the help of data analysis methods to ensure the scientific and practicality of the optimization design.
