A Survey of Transfer Learning Applied in Medical Image Recognition

Transfer learning has made great progress and has been applied to computer vision, especially image recognition. In this paper, the concept and basic method of transfer learning is studied. Some representative methods for solving the recognition problems is studied, especially the transfer learning method applied in images recognition, the paper highlighted the research status and technical characteristics of transfer learning in the medical image recognition. Finally, the possible future directions of transfer learning applied in medical image recognition are briefly discussed.
