Implementation of a Data and Information Management System Based on a Hybrid Model for Structuring, Storing, and Processing Distributed Data on the Internet

This article presents a simple way for data management by means of a Web-based information system, which provides an opportunity to perform operations on structuring, storing and processing data from users on the Internet, and the management of these data in various processes (scientific, researching, etc.). The system is based on a hybrid model for structuring, storing, and processing data on the Internet. The description of the data structure is carried out in a way that is understandable for every user of the global network. This allows database design and construction to be carried out by any user in the global network, even if this user is not a specialist in this field and significantly shortens the database design time. In addition, each user can share his data with other users, which increases the amount of structured data on the Internet. That provides users to work together on various projects, perform analysis of the shared data and extract valuable information.
