This article describes the practical application of data mining theories and methods in financial analysis. In practical applications, with business intelligence applications as the background, the article uses SPSS Clementine 12.0 to construct a “financial early warning intelligent system”. As a data mining platform, Clementine provides a powerful and easy-to-use data mining platform. Establish a set of financial analysis model that uses clustering, association rules, and decision tree methods for joint analysis. The results show that this model improves the efficiency of financial analysis by 8.2%
