The topic of this paper is the development of a responsive web application for human resource management using a NoSQL database. The technical goal of the paper is to demonstrate the possibility of developing a modern three-tier web application with the option of using MongoDB, a NoSQL database management system. From an economic perspective, the goal is to support business processes and assist in most activities related to modern human resource management in companies or organizations, thus creating conditions for faster and higher-quality decision-making by management concerning human resource management.
