Data Warehouse to Support Creation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Electricity Supply

In this paper, an approach to development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in electricity supply in the reformed electricity market is presented. The process of defining KPIs for stakeholders depends on their day-today focus and goals they are looking to achieve. This paper shows one way of creating, tracking and analysing KPIs using data warehouse and business intelligence system.
