All inorganic HTL/ETL Perovskite solar cells

초록

The stability and lifetime of Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are still the biggest challenges in this field of solar energy. In this study, the all-inorganic electron/hole transport layer PSCs were developed to replace the traditional PSCs structure. The efficiency of all inorganic HTL/ETL PSCs achieve 16.3%. Under 0.8 sun illumination and 60°C. accelerated aging test, all-inorganic ETL/HTL PSCs start to drop after 1400 hrs compared to traditional PSCs, which drop after 24 hrs.
