Informatization is the general trend of global technology, economy and social development. With the development of modern economy, the application of digital management technology has changed the traditional information management mode. Digital management technology is an integrated system that combines modern management mode and information technology with computer systems. The establishment of computer information management systems is of great significance to improve management levels and speed up information processing efficiency. This paper uses index technology, data storage technology and other technologies to develop a computer information management database system, optimizes the performance of the system through the optimization characteristics of genetic algorithms, and tests whether the system performance meets the design standards. The test results show that the performance of the system is whether it meets the design requirements can ensure the stable operation of the system.
