In this paper, Beidou technology is combined with computer vision to control UAVs for automatic detection of illegal structures. The RRT algorithm is used in the UAV flight to achieve automatic path planning, aided by the addition of a bird discriminator and an automatic obstacle avoidance algorithm. When the UAV detects an illegal building, it sends an alert to the client and location information. The building pictures are detected using target recognition algorithms in computer vision.
