Static Analysis and Finite Element Simulation of the Spindle of M115W Outer Circle Grinder

As a processing technology to get high-precision, Low roughness surface and finish high hardness surface, grinding which is the key technology of modern manufacturing increases the proportion in cutting. In this paper, under useing of machinery design method and Finite Element Simulation (FEM) software, the static analysis of the spindle system of the M115W outer circle grinder is carried out, and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out by the finite element simulation software. This will provide a convenient and practical method for general engineers to carry out this work.
