Aiming at the current situation that the safety risk assessment method of delivery robot is immature and the assessment result is subjective, a safety risk assessment method of delivery robot based on two-dimensional cloud model is proposed. Based on the current general principles of robot safety, this method comprehensively considers the across-floors characteristics of delivery robot, and adds across-floors safety evaluation index including entry and exit safety, space identification safety, floor positioning and across-floors Repositioning. It can not only retain the numerical scoring digital characteristics, but also extract the qualitative risk level from the quantitative scoring data. It effectively overcomes the fuzziness and randomness of the evaluation process and results. And each safety evaluation index belongs to different risk levels and is output in the form of risk cloud map, which can determine the risk level intuitively . Finally, the method is applied to a common logistics delivery robot in a laboratory, and the results are consistent with the actual situation, which verifies the scientific and effective of the method.
