Lightweight design of hub disc of post cure inflator for a certain engineering tire

In order to save structural consumables and reduce the difficulty of transportation and installation. The parameterized modeling of hub disc of post cure inflator for engineering tire is carried out by using SolidWorks three-dimensional modeling software. Static analysis of hub disc by ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software shows that there is a large surplus in strength and stiffness of the structure. Based on the results of finite element static analysis, eight groups of optimization schemes for hub disc parameters are obtained by applying Direct Optimization analysis module in ANSYS Workbench. The eight groups of optimization schemes are combined with the original design scheme to form a fuzzy matter element matrix, and the optimal design scheme is determined by using the fuzzy matter element method based on entropy weight. The static analysis of the finished hub disc shows that the optimized hub disc structure meets the requirements of strength and stiffness. By optimizing the design of the hub disc, the weight of the hub disc is reduced by 41.968 kg, and the reduction is 35.1%. The lightweight effect is obvious.
