With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the number and types of software are constantly increasing, while the number of vulnerabilities is also significantly increasing, seriously affecting the security of data and information in various fields. Therefore, research on vulnerability detection technology is also receiving increasing attention.Due to the fact that most software currently exists in the form of binary files, and many software cannot obtain source code based on the protection of software property rights, binary analysis techniques are used to solve this type of software problem.According to different detection methods, binary analysis techniques can be divided into: static binary analysis techniques, dynamic binary analysis techniques, and dynamic and static binary analysis techniques.This paper investigates the related research in the field of binary code security analysis in recent years, describes the main methods of these three technologies in detail, and introduces the key techniques in detail.
