Railroad dispatching command is an important link that affects traffic safety, is the top priority of railroad transportation work, and its safety is also affected by many factors. This paper takes Shuohuang Railway as the research object, on the basis of identifying the safety risk of railroad dispatching command and analyzing the causes, applying the failure mode, influence and hazard analysis model (FMECA) and hierarchical analysis method (AHP) to identify the risk events, construct the evaluation model, and calculate the risk priority number. The results show that: the current high risk of human factors needs to strengthen the level of training and intelligence; equipment emphasizes the maintenance of key technical equipment; environmental factors need to establish a monitoring and early warning system; and management factors are mainly reflected in the aspects of the system and emergency plans. Based on this, this paper also proposes that railroad enterprises should build a safety risk management system to strengthen the dispatching command safety risk management and control, in order to improve the safety level of the dispatching command work.
