Study on Common Factors Identification of Aerospace Quality Problems Based on Similarity

초록

High correlation, large radiation range, and deep impact are the characteristics of aerospace product common quality problems, which have been an important research field of aerospace quality management over the years. At present, the treatment of common quality problems focuses on the research of management mechanism and work mode, and relies on the experience level of the processing personnel. How to mine and identify common factors of the high-dimensional under-information description is the difficulty in the identification and management of common quality problems. Structured data is formed by proposing normative criteria for quality problem data, extracting characteristic indicators that describe the characteristics of common quality problems, using the optimal transfer matrix to define the index weights, calculating and determining the comprehensive similarity between the characteristic examples and the problem examples, and constructing and forming a common set of quality-problem relevant characteristic examples. Identify and analyze the data attributes that have a greater impact on the common factors, and construct the value distribution vector of the quality-problem common set. According to the characteristics of the value distribution of the common set attributes, the value concentration degree of each attribute for the common set is calculated, the common factors existing on the common set of quality problems are analyzed and identified, which can promote the effective management of the common quality problems.
