TQC-PSMCV Global Internal Quality Assurance System for Chinese-foreign Cooperatively-run Schools Based on Information Technology

In the context of Internet +, Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools have been playing an increasingly important role in promoting the internationalization of Chinese education. The Ministry of Education and other eight departments emphasized the importance of accelerating and expanding the global education in the new era and put forward detailed requirements for the high-quality and connotative development of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools and projects. It has become a hot issue for both sides of the joint program to guarantee the overall teaching quality of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools. Based on the theory of TQC (Total Quality Control), this paper attempts to explore the construction of an internal quality assurance system for Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools from the perspective of concepts, standards, mechanisms and outcomes within the context of Internet +.
