초록

The advent of 6G networks promises unprecedented connectivity and data transfer speeds, paving the way for advanced smart city applications. However, this evolution also introduces significant cybersecurity challenges, particularly for sensitive sectors like healthcare. This research paper focuses on the implementation of a blockchain based blockchain ecosystem with future threat of quantum computing technology in mind within 6G-enabled smart cities to secure IoT medical data. It will explore how this ecosystem can provide robust security measures to protect patient information from not only the current cyber threats but also the future threats of quantum computing and it can also ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. The study will also assess the impact of this ecosystem on the digital transformation of healthcare services, its role in preventing data manipulation, and the preservation of privacy and transparency in the era of IoT and IoMT (Internet of Medical Things).
