MoocFlix is a cloud-native platform designed to enhance the delivery of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) by leveraging microservices architecture. This approach decomposes the system into independent services, each responsible for specific functionalities such as user management, content delivery, and assessment processing. By adopting micro services, MoocFlix achieves scalability, allowing it to efficiently handle varying user loads and content demands. The architecture also enhances fault tolerance; if one service encounters an issue, others continue to operate seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted user experience. Additionally, MoocFlix incorporates features aimed at boosting user engagement, including personalized content recommendations and interactive assessments. This modular design not only streamlines development and maintenance but also facilitates the integration of new features, keeping pace with evolving educational needs.
