Focusing & Implementing Long Term Projects by using Agile Methodology

Agile project management lets cross functional areas and make the entire team to work and make sure to split the entire project into pieces and focus on solving the problems and making the entire team to deliver their features in short phase. This makes each team to execute their delivery promptly without any obstacles and give more frequent updates to the customer which in turn makes client happy. A continuous improvement from each team makes to deliver a big project quickly and if there is any additional updates (changes) from business, it may be considered without disturbing the existing flow. In few situations, if a project is in mid phase and if any new resource started his development activity and client asking for multiple tasks in the current sprint then it will be a problematic situation to overcome. This paper focus on those situations and discuss how to make sure to overcome this and give a best approach for the immediate multiple request from client.
