Organizations require applications to transition to a DevOps-native cloud environment to improve application agility., horizontal scalability., and operational flexibility. Most organizations encounter difficulties when they attempt to transform their applications effectively while protecting their security status and maintaining compatibility with older systems because they also lack qualified personnel. The paper establishes an organized method for cloud migration and application modernization that unites containers, microservices, and serverless computing systems. The guide framework integrates three sections that follow strategic planning and manipulation of architecture with automation principles to ensure smooth movement progression. The proposed model proves superior to traditional migration frameworks because it allows cloud-native practices to accelerate deployment timing and optimize resources while strengthening system fault-tolerance capabilities. The paper compares cloud-native DevOps with traditional methods to show the advantages and disadvantages. Serverless computing combined with microservices, and containerization enables businesses to minimize operational expenses through modular architecture regardless of portability limitations resulting from vendor-specific bonds, system complexity, and security issues. The research delivers organized procedural advice that helps organizations move to cloud-native DevOps solutions by addressing standard modernization issues. This paper also discusses how cloud-native DevOps manages business performance alongside operational costs. The paper provides practitioners with complete guidance through the profound complexity of contemporary cloud system implementation through theoretical and practical content.
