DGL Version 2 – Random Testing in the Mobile Computing Era

DGL has been a popular tool for testing software and hardware. The original was file based, meaning that it creates files of test data. This method of data generation does not work for embedded applications and applications for hand-held systems. The new version of DGL, Version 2, has been enhanced to be a better tool for modern applications. The new version has improved deployment features including direct embedding in C+ +  code. It also has improved input and output facilities, which are described here.
