초록

The integration of User Experience (UX) methods within agile software development presents a critical avenue for enhancing product quality and User Experience. Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, excel at iterative development and dynamic adaptation to evolving requirements, but they lack systematic approaches to ensure that the resulting products align with user needs and deliver positive UX. This paper introduces a set of UX methods specifically tailored for agile environments to bridge this gap, before and after a development interation. These include establishing a shared UX Vision, employing persona-driven user stories and UserX stories, leveraging UX Poker for prioritization, and defining usability goals through metrics like the Usability Goal Achievement Metric (UGAM) and UX Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Furthermore, the paper explores methods for evaluating UX after sprints, such as standardized questionnaires and UX retrospectives, which ensure continuous alignment with human-centered goals. Together, these methods provide a structured framework for managing UX in agile processes, enabling teams to deliver functional, human-centered products that meet and exceed user expectations.
