Insights into an Emerging Software Methodology:DevOps

DevOps is an approach would that not only eradicates the endless series of concurrent activities but also maintain an effective Life Cycle of Software Development (SDLC). DevOps is characterized by fewer errors, more efficiency, and remarkable coordination. The goal of this paper is to establish the base as to what DevOps is and its benefits for current industries, and in what sectors we predict it to be further used in the forthcoming future. While also taking one important aspect of DevOps into perspective- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), this paper highlights pipeline principles and automation along with DevOps tools/ enablers and the workflow/ lifecycle of DevOps.
