Creating sustainable web applications with agile deployment and breaking down apps into microservices for scalability and security. This study explores the implementation of microservice architecture in the context of building resilient web applications with continuous deployment, focusing on crafting scalable and secure architectures. The research examines the impact of microservices on the scalability, performance, and security of a loan payment plan application offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The application is composed of two primary services: payment plan generation (S1) and payment plan retrieval (S2). Since the study looks at monolithic architecture and micro-service architecture on AWS, the study provides an understanding of the performance gain, cost of infrastructure, and resource optimization in both models. The outcome proves that microservice delivers better scalability, flexibility, and the ability to scale the particular service, which plays a significant role in web application's high availability and performance. Furthermore, it makes continuous deployment possible and simpler, making it possible for organizations to update faster. The study concluded that microservices gave more long-term flexibility and scalability and were suitable for applications requiring independent service scaling.
