초록

This paper explores the continuous use of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) as a tool for long-term user experience (UX) evaluation in digital products. Using a case study, the UEQ, widely used for assessing various UX dimensions such as attractiveness, clarity and efficiency, proves to be a valuable instrument for tracking user satisfaction over extended periods. Key findings highlight how trends in UX evolve over time, influenced by factors such as product updates, feature implementations, and changes in user behaviour. The continuous application of the UEQ reveals both improvements and challenges in UX development, offering a deeper understanding of the long-term impact of design decisions. This work also discusses the benefits and limitations of using a consistent UX measurement approach across multiple stages of product development. It provides practical recommendations for integrating regular UX evaluations into the development process, focusing on enhancing both immediate and sustained user satisfaction. By presenting these insights, this paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on UX evaluation and offers actionable guidance for practitioners seeking to incorporate continuous feedback into their UX strategies.
