초록

The switching of the switch will produce a lot of electromagnetic interference (EMI). The time scale of the dead zone is very small, and the actual conduction situation is determined by the direction of the current, and therefore affects the EMI at the MHz level. Based on the principle of spread spectrum modulation, a pulse width modulation (PWM) technique with variable dead zone (VDZ) is proposed in this paper. The simulation and experimental results show that the differential mode EMI can be reduced by about 5dB at 600kHz-5MHz by using VDZPWM at a constant switching frequency.
