초록

Cloud-based virtualized infrastructure is essential for businesses in today’s rapidly changing digital economy, but it also presents security challenges. This study investigates the potential of Big Data analytics to improve cloud-based virtualized system security. Big Data technology transforms data gathering, processing, and analysis and provides a means of addressing difficult security issues in the cloud. Organisations can use big data analytics to identify trends in the behaviour of their virtual infrastructure, quickly address hazards, and get insights into these behaviours. This research sheds fresh insight on the security of virtualized infrastructure in cloud environments and proposes a novel big data analytics-based approach. Because of their adaptability and cost-effectiveness, virtualization and cloud computing are widely used, but they also present unique security challenges. Advanced persistent threats (APTs) and sophisticated attacks are difficult to identify and mitigate with traditional virtualization security techniques. The paper recommends using big data analytics to improve security in virtualized settings as a way to overcome these drawbacks. This method entails examining large and complex datasets to find trends, abnormalities, and possible dangers. The study presents a thorough methodology for actively identifying and averting possible dangers in virtualized environments by using data mining, machine learning techniques, and predictive analytics.
