In order to meet the needs of social development, the number of teachers in universities will continue to grow, which brings a severe test to the management of teachers in schools. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology to build an intelligent teacher management system, and uses computer vision technology to monitor and analyze classroom environment and student behavior data in real time. In the test of average response time and transaction pass rate under different concurrent numbers, when the number of concurrent numbers is 50, the average response time is 0.12s; When the number of dispatches is 100, the average response time is 0.51s. This paper is helpful to improve teachers' information management and improve teaching quality.
