Global Flows Security Policy for Technologically Isolated Networks and Critical Infrastructures

The article discusses the possible extension of security policies to control the information flows of critical information infrastructures. The route that goes through trusted transit technologically isolated networks is considered as a secure route in the network. The concept of the trust index of a technologically isolated network is introduced, both on the basis of possible external control actions (control actions of regulatory acts and administrative bodies, etc.) and on the basis of trust indices of connected networks through which information flow routes are being passed. It is proposed to extend the security policy for critical information infrastructures on the basis of secure routes.
