Research on Integrated Measurement Method for Partial Discharge and Temperature Rise at Cable Terminals of Switchgear Based on Differential Flexible Electrodes

The existing partial discharge detection and temperature measurement technology for switchgear has problems such as low sensitivity, poor detection ability, and low reliability. Based on the structure and parameters of the cable terminal coupling circuit, this article designs the flexible electrode of the cable terminal. For the KGN-40.5 high-voltage switchgear, suitable dielectric materials are selected, and through research and laboratory experiments, insulation accessories suitable for the capacitive coupling probe of the cable terminal are developed. Enhanced insulation materials are used to optimize the insulation coordination within the cable terminal. And make a simulation board and a collection board to synchronously collect partial discharge and temperature, integrating the thin film electrode with the signal processing unit. On this basis, combined with simulation and experiments, study the electrode laying method and signal extraction method of typical cable terminals in switchgear, and optimize their detection performance for abnormal discharge and temperature rise of switchgear insulation.
