The application of MWD technology in the current oil exploration has been very common. During the drilling process, various sensors with different feedback and response characteristics can be used to collect and obtain real-time inspection and measurement information, and use computers for digital processing, analysis and interpretation of this information, so as to make real-time oil drilling decisions and optimize mining drilling work on the track improves the recovery rate of imported oil and gas. This article focuses on the research of pulse-man-code while drilling signal processing under the background of big data. After understanding the theory of pulse-man-code while drilling signal and big data on the basis of relevant literature data, proposes a pulse-man-code while drilling signal processing system, and the system is designed, and finally the designed system is tested. The test results show that the processing value of the algorithm used by the system in this paper is not related to the actual value, and the maximum term error is 3.53%, meet engineering requirements.
