Multi-channel SEMG signal collection and transmission system

In the work of collecting Surface Electromyographic (SEMG) signals, it is important to obtain SEMG signals of multiple muscles synchronously. In order to analyze movements of multiple muscles at the same time, a multi-channel SEMG signal collection and transmission system has been designed. The processing circuit of this system includes pre-amplifier, bandpass filter, notch filter and signal conditioning circuit, which is able to achieve high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR), high input impedance and less noise in SEMG signals. In the data transmission section, the MCU controls the ADC, of which the sampling precise is 12 bits, to collect the signals from each channel cyclically, and uses DMA to move the data to the buffer. The data is packed every 10ms, and the signal of each channel occupies a fixed position in this package, so that PC can analyze the specified channel. Then packet is sent to the PC via wireless communication based on TCP/IP protocol. By analyzing the data in time domain and frequency domain, it is determined that each channel of the device has strong denoising ability, and the collected SEMG signal can accurately reflect the muscle activity state.
