Design and Realization of CPCI Platform for Industrial Control Based on Loongson 3A and DeltaOS

초록

In order to meet the requirements of strong expandability, strong real-time response ability and high reliability of industrial control system, this article designs a hardware and software design scheme of industrial control system. In this design scheme, the industrial control system uses Compact PCI architecture, and the board uses standard CPCI-6U rear cable-board structure, which is divided into a single main control board and several expansion boards. The CPU of main control board is Loongson 3A processor, the operating system uses real-time operating system DeltaOS, and the expansion board adopts XC7K325T FPGA. Then according to the development method of PCI board driver under DeltaOS system, the driver of expansion board and the test case of interface function are realized. The test results illustrate that the industrial control system is stable and reliable, has high real-time response and scalability, it meets the requirements of system design.
