Research on Cloud Computing Network Security Design Based on OpenFlow

The rapid popularization of cloud computing has put forward higher requirements for network security, and the traditional network architecture is difficult to cope with the complex security requirements in the cloud computing environment. OpenFlow is the core protocol of SDN (Software Defined Networking), which provides a more flexible network control mechanism by separating the data plane and control plane. This paper focuses on the application of OpenFlow in cloud computing network security, and then designs a cloud network monitoring system based on OpenFlow. The system includes monitoring device management, monitoring rule formulation, and the implementation and comparison of multiple routing algorithms, such as the simple path algorithm, the modified Prim-based algorithm, and the TSP (Traveling Provider) algorithm. Through experimental analysis, this paper verifies the performance of these algorithms in different scenarios. The results show that the network security design based on OpenFlow can effectively improve the security and efficiency of cloud computing environment, providing an innovative security solution for cloud computing.
