A fresh innovation called vehicular visible light communication makes it possible to wirelessly communicate between cars or between various cars and the infrastructure. This study introduces a mathematical model for Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) visible light communication (VLC) in vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication scenarios. The structure of a vehicular VLC system incorporates a phase shift keying (PSK) modulation scheme, considering diverse weather conditions like haze, snow, and rain. The impact of ambient light sources, leading to inter-symbol interference (ISI), is also taken into account. This study examines the effectiveness of a modulation based on free space optic network using a coupler-based delay line filter. The outcomes across several Free Space Optic (FSO) aspects are evaluated using the quality factor, bit error rate (BER), and eye outline. The research findings demonstrate the achieved results for quality factor and BER under different conditions, highlighting the superior performance of both adjustment techniques and PSK modulation.
