Pulse Train Detection Algorithm Based on Edge Enhancement

To detect the pulse train, the idea of edge enhancement in image processing is applied in this paper, and the pulse train detection algorithm based on difference of boxes (DOB) filter is investigated. Simulations indicate that the method is effective to detect the edges of pulses with different modulation modes and estimate the parameters of the pulses in the pulse train. The simple method can be easily implemented on hardware, and get good detection result even under low SNR.
