This paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the traditional model of urban rail transit station management processes, taking a subway station in a certain city in China as an example. It introduces the framework design and model construction of the urban rail transit operation and maintenance management system based on Augmented Reality technology, and focuses on the functional design content of station equipment maintenance and on-site management modules, analyzing the problems in the application of station management. Practice has proven that Augmented Reality technology provides an information-based and visual management method for urban rail transit station equipment maintenance, inspection, and station management, improving the level of station equipment operation and maintenance management.
