The characteristics of 6G networks, such as distributed network architecture, diversified application scenarios, introduction of new technologies, and large-scale connectivity, bring more complex security challenges, which not only require the traditional security protection means to be improved, but also need to introduce more efficient and adaptive security mechanisms. This paper analyzes and summarizes three trends of 6G security: 1. 6G distributed network architecture brings more vulnerabilities. 2. Diversification of application scenarios and new technologies make security requirements more diverse. 3. Network complexity may cause security services to impact network services quality. Based on the above demands and the trend of security technology development, this paper proposes the 6G security construction principle based on network security convergence orchestration, and designs the network security convergence orchestration architecture including management presentation layer, orchestration support layer and capability layer, which integrates security capabilities deeply into the network system. This architecture seamlessly integrates security functions into the network/business processing, safeguarding the entire process of network forwarding. It dynamically caters to the varied needs of users while enhancing the operational efficiency of the network and optimizing security capabilities at the overall system level. Consequently, it fosters a collaborative, flexible, and scalable security architecture and operation mechanism tailored for 6G network services. Finally, we not only deductively validate the feasibility of the framework, but also present the effects of the application pilot of the framework and the feasible options for application of the framework in the current network.
