Ubiquitous wireless service is important for tourists to sightsee. However, the wireless communication scenario for tourism areas possesses intrinsic properties, such as uneven traffic distribution and tourist distribution variation, which give rise to special challenges on network deployment. Traditional AP or base station (BS) on ground are costly to deploy and remove, not suitable for dynamic and unevenly distributed tourists in space and time. In view of the flexibility and low cost of UAV, this paper proposes to use UAV to offload congested tourists in traditional terrestrial wireless networks. Specifically, after analyzing the deployment challenges, a UAV BS deployment solution is proposed. By gathering the location of congested location, the proposed algorithm is able to adjust the UAVs location to maximize the coverage in an autonomous manner. Finally, the proposed algorithm is verified in simulation.
